EXPRESS Worldwide Delivery (tracked) on All Orders over $140 ZA.
DHL Express is available for all South Africa customers; this is the fastest International delivery option (5 - 7 business days*).
All deliveries are tracked. We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business day, once the order has been shipped you will be emailed confirmation with tracking details and you can rest assured everything will be done on our end to ensure you can receive your order ASAP.
Express Post is our fastest delivery service, and all Express items are being prioritised for delivery by our logistics partners. Some delivery delays can be expected due to the current Covid - 19 pandemic and the impact this has had to freight and logistics services worldwide. Any delays imposed by our logistics partners are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for this. However, if an order is delayed by our logistics partner, we will do all we can to liaise with them and help resolve any issues.
The buyer holds all responsibility for any missing or stolen parcels when the buyer has made a request with the courier for the parcel to be 'left in a safe place.'
Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery because of input of wrong shipment information.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note the customer is liable to pay for any taxes. Any international customs tax, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as V Smart Eyewear Ltd only charge for the product and transportation. Please make enquiries at your country’s customs office as appropriate. If the customer refuses to make payment for international customs tax or import duties then the order will be destroyed by customs and a refund will not be provided.
